The client thus structures the use of the system. A Tenant needed. The tenant is the “rented room” in the Microsoft data center, which is identified by the tenant name…. To do this, go to the Admin Center and select Users > Guest Users.
There you can add a guest user.
Select “Invite User” and fill out at least the required fields.
Clicking on “Invite” sends an invitation email to the guest. This contains a link that the user must click once to start collaborating.
Share file with externals
To share a file with external users, it must be uploaded to OneDrive

If the file is already in the cloud, it can be released. In the sharing settings, select “People selected by you” and add them by clicking on “Apply”.
Once all have been added, the link can be copied or emailed directly to recipients.
If you want the shared file to be opened in the Excel app, you can select this in the top right via “Edit > Open in desktop app”.
