Thunderbird | Create backup in Windows

To back up your data in Thunderbird, copy the defined storage location to your backup directory. Actually simple and without plugins or tools!

1. Open the program Thunderbird. To access the path, navigate to “Troubleshooting information” via “Help”.
2. Then select “Open folder”.
3. Now close Thunderbird and copy the complete “Thunderbird” folder.
4. The backup is ready 🙂
