Share screen in Microsoft Teams

In Microsoft Teams, you can view your desktop, a specific app, a presentation or a file while you are in a meeting.

  • Select parts Split screen
  • Select what you want to share:
    • With Desktop, you can display everything that is visible on your screen.
    • You can display a specific app in Windows.
    • You can display a presentation in PowerPoint.
    • You can use Browse to search for the file you want to display.
  • Once you have selected what you want to display, a red frame will appear around what you are sharing.
  • Select Stop sharing to stop sharing your screen.
