Send emails to a Teams channel

Retrieving and copying the e-mail address of a channel

1. Select More options > Retrieve e-mail address.
2. Select Copy.
3. Paste the copied e-mail address into a new e-mail.
4. Select Send.

Forwarding an e-mail to a channel

1. Open the e-mail you wish to forward.
2. Paste the copied e-mail address into the To line of your e-mail.
3. Select Send.
