Conclusion:
Even if Apple Mail does not have a direct function for templates, you do not have to do without this convenience completely. With a few simple tricks and workarounds, a very similar result can be achieved so that frequently used texts or emails can still be created quickly and efficiently. This saves time on a day-to-day basis and still gives you the flexibility you would expect from a native template function.
